Fabrics made of Preox fibers offer the following properties:
- good price-performance ratio
- high temperature resistance (for a short time up to 900°C)
- high thermal insulation
Fabrics made of Preox fibers are available in the following versions:
- raw and washed
- one and/or both sides coated with aluminium
- one side roughened
- coated with polyurethane
- needled with preox fleece
- grammages between 260 g/sqm and 750 g/sqm
Fabrics made of Preox fibers are used for the following applications:
- light to heavy heat protection
- coverage of slideways
- bellows of all types
- insulation material
- compensators
